Growth Strategies, Insightful Tours on Tap for Dairy Execs
Limited space available for 2026 PDP Managers Academy in San Juan, Puerto Rico
DAIRY NEWS – Fresh perspectives, expert interactions and peer-to-peer networking are in store for attendees of the 2026 Managers Academy for Dairy Professionals®, presented by Professional Dairy Producers® (PDP). Scheduled for January 20-22, 2026, the immersive three-day event will be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Designed to provide a world-class learning opportunity in a warm-weather climate, the 2026 program will focus on creating governance, growth, leadership and succession strategies to help dairy leaders position their businesses for success. Tours to leading coffee, rum and cigar producers will offer an inside look at how executives outside the dairy industry handle the same challenges dairy producers face. Tour stops include Hacienda Muñoz, craft coffee farm and roaster, Finca Neo Jibairo, agrotourism farm and cigar producer, and Casa BACARDÍ, the iconic rum brand that consistently demonstrates excellence in global business management.
Managers Academy presenters will be Marissa Nehlsen, author and founder/CEO of an eight-figure, debt-free financial firm, and Dick Wittman, renowned agricultural business consultant. Their content will focus on real-world case studies and practical tools for each attendee to build an action plan for their operations. Sessions will incorporate pressure-testing each business infrastructure to ensure readiness for future growth and changes. Another key portion will highlight case studies and executive-level conversations aimed toward building systems-based governance structures and ensuring that leadership teams are aligned for the future.
Registration is now open with limited space available. A block of discounted rooms is available at Marriott’s Hotel Rumbao in San Juan when booked by Dec. 19, 2025. Registration fee includes all sessions, training materials, meals, tours and tour travel. Travel to the program and hotel accommodation are not included with registration.
