We provide a forum for dairy producers and their cooperatives to participate in public policy discussions. NMPF advocates policies to Congress, U.S. government agencies, industry, news media, and public. NMPF focuses on milk pricing, domestic and international market development, environment, food safety and health, animal welfare, product standards and labeling.

Wisconsin Beef Council
We are a producer-led organization funded by the $1.00 per head Beef Checkoff assessment on all cattle. Our purpose is to fund beef promotion, research and consumer education activities supporting Wisconsin’s $2.1 billion beef industry. Dairy farms annually account for 20% of the commercial beef supply in the U.S.
Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association
We give voice to dairy product manufacturers and processors on national and state issues that impact industry growth. WCMA is proud to offer educational and networking opportunities, and hosts the CheeseExpo, the Cheese Industry Conference, the U.S. Championship Cheese Contest, and the World Championship Cheese Contest.
Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP)
We help grow the Wisconsin economy by promoting quality food, healthy plants and animals, sound use of land and water resources, and a fair marketplace. Although primarily a regulatory agency that administers laws enacted by the Legislature, DATCP provides many non-regulatory services including technical and advisory assistance.
Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation
We are Wisconsin's largest general farm organization representing farms of different sizes, commodities and management styles. Wisconsin Livestock Identification Consortium (WLIC)
WLIC began in 2001 to promote animal disease traceability in Wisconsin. After mandatory premises identification legislation passed in 2004, WLIC partnered with DATCP to maintain these records and record animal movements. This protects the agriculture industry during a disease outbreak, adds value to the export market and increases consumer confidence. 
Wisconsin Towns Association
Serving 1,247 towns and 23 villages, we provide education, legal information, and legislative advocacy to our members.  Towns are responsible for various infrastructure and land use management critical to farmers.  Agriculture is a major economic driver in towns and building relationships with the town leaders proves beneficial to agriculture business women and men.
Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association (WVMA)
Our focus is to promote veterinary medicine and ensure the health and safety of animals, their caretakers and the food supply. Through scheduled farm visits, member veterinarians help producers implement biosecurity and prevention plans and share advancements in medicine and technology to increase farm efficiency and profitability.
