Dairy Processor Tours

Description

Jump on the bus October 26 to gain a unique look at dairy products and processes. This multi-faceted tour will take attendees behind the scenes of three dairy processors to learn what our direct customers are looking for from dairy farmers up the chain. Hear from processors about the pressures, challenges and opportunities facing their industry and how dairy farmers can help be a solution and meet their needs.

Tour stops include Henning’s Cheese, known for their award-winning Cheddar and Colby cheeses, Lamers Dairy, to discover their process for glass and plastic bottled milk, and Agropur to learn about this world-renowned dairy ingredients manufacturer.

Pre-registration is required. All participants will be picked up and dropped off at Fox Valley Tech in Chilton, WI.
