Description

It's time to dig deeper into carbon. Join dairy producers, allied industry and other engaged stakeholders at PDPW's Carbon Conference 2.0 on January 30, 2024, for a discussion about the changes and access to carbon markets. Registration begins at 9:30 am at the Sheraton Hotel in Madison, Wis., with the conference concluding at 3:30 pm.

The carbon market keeps changing; retaining your market access is contingent on being informed.

Bringing together progressive, environmentally astute dairy owners, researchers and other leaders in agriculture, this program is designed to help stakeholders assess their current position and know which changes to make to improve their practices. For starters, you have to know your current carbon footprint number before you can reduce it. You also need to recognize the differences for such terms as offsets, insets, credits, and more.

Those who don’t recognize the possible pitfalls and opportunities of their decisions in the carbon space could find themselves without market access. Your choices will either strengthen your relationship with your processing partner or reduce your market access choice.

Attendees will have all-day access to a panel of globally experienced experts in sustainability, carbon markets and animal health.
