Your future is now. PDP's STRIDE™Youth Leadership Conference is headed to the University of Wisconsin-Madison Tuesday, November 17, 2026, for an interactive program for future-minded 15- to 18-year-olds. This single-day program is for high school students looking to amplify and excel in their leadership skills while preparing for the future and discovering opportunities in the dairy and agriculture sectors.

This interactive conference is designed for youth ages 15 - 18 to step into their future and discover the doors of opportunity waiting for them in agriculture. The day will combine a mixture of leadership development and hands-on labs for a full-circle approach to student development. 

Presenter Michael Hoffman will help attendees build and practice the skills they need to enhance their:
• SELF-AWARENESS: to understand their strengths, how learn how they can impact others
• COMMUNICATION: to speak clearly and intentionally
• RESILIENCE: to respond to setbacks with a growth mindset
• COLLABORATION: to work effectively in diverse teams
• PROBLEM-SOLVING: to think before acting, solve problems with purpose
• SELF-ADVOCACY: to speak up and take initiative
