Your future is now. PDP's Stride Youth Leadership Conference is headed to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls Wednesday, November 12, 2025, for an interactive program for future-minded 15- to 18-year-olds. This single-day program is for high school students looking to amplify and excel in their leadership skills while preparing for the future and discovering opportunities in the dairy and agriculture sectors.

This interactive conference is designed for youth ages 15 - 18 to step into their future and discover the doors of opportunity waiting for them in agriculture. The day will combine a mixture of leadership development and hands-on labs for a full-circle approach to student development. 

For the hands-on labs attendees will participate in: 

• Campus life opportunities: tour UW-River Falls and learn about student involvement and programs available to undergrads. 
• Calf health diagnostics: a hands-on, nose-to-tail session exploring what it means to the animals to have a keen eye. 
• Career connections: a fast-paced activity giving students oneon-one introductions to careers in agriculture, such as teaching, welding, veterinary care, trucking, farming and more. 

FFA members: STRIDE™ qualifies as an "above the chapter level" activity
