Description
Step into student leadership by attending PDPW's Stride® Youth Leadership Conference on September 23, 2023, at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. This single-day program is for high school students ages 15 to 18 who are looking to amplify and excel in their leadership skills while preparing for the future and discovering opportunities in the dairy and agriculture sector.This interactive event is designed for youth ages 15 to 18 to step into their future and discover the doors of opportunity waiting for them in agriculture. Through hands-on labs, participants will explore food science, get an inside look – literally – at the digestive tracts of different animals, and get their hands dirty with soil science. In addition, they will spend an unforgettable day stepping into leadership by learning how to effectively take initiative, understand the influence they have on others, and identify traits of impactful people.
