The Dairy Insight Summit will provide rich dialogue to access new insights on issues facing all segments of the food system - from the farm to consumers.

During this program, attendees will explore the implications of food-system disruptions, cast a global view at sustainability and dissect unfolding consumer trends. Participants can look forward to hearing from Charlie Arnot as he provides an inside look at what's just around the bend with consumer trends. Jeremy Marchant will also share with attendees how to protect animal welfare despite disruptions. And lastly, get ready for a session on how agriculture is all connected with Keri Retallick and Howard "AV" Roth where they will share their perspectives on how pork, beef and dairy all have a shared interest in problem solving and strengthening weak links in the market chain.
