Agriculture interns, get ready to step ahead of the pack with PDP Accelerate™. On July 24, 2024, interns will gather in Madison, Wisconsin for a one-day conference designed to build the skill sets needed to be successful in today's workforce. Make the right moves to stand out from the crowd by attending PDP Accelerate this summer.

Trainer Michael Hoffman will help participants build knowledge and confidence to step up their game as they pursue careers in the agriculture industry. Through group activities and conversation, attendees will walk away with:

• Ability to start a conversation, build rapport with others
• Understand how to utilize technology to their advantage in the job market
• Confident body language to become more “hireable”
• Understanding varying personalities to be a strong team player
