Description

The PDPW Herd Management Workshop is the place to be for English and Spanish-speaking herdspersons, top dairy managers, nutritionists and veterinarians. The workshop will be held on November 2 in Marshfield, Wis., and again on November 3 in Arlington, Wis., from 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

New in 2021: This workshop will be taught in English with simultaneous Spanish translation. During this workshop, hear from Dr. Ryan Pralle on how to best take care of a cow during her most vulnerable time - the transition period. Dr. Luiz Ferraretto will dive into feed and nutrition and help connect the dots between diet, nutritional management and cow response. Chris St. Pierre will teach attendees how to avoid "becoming a statistic" with on-farm accidents and what to do if an emergency occurs.

PDPW will follow the latest CDC guidelines. Ample supplies of masks and hand sanitizer will also be available.

For additional information please call PDPW at 800-947-7379 or email at mail@pdpw.org.
