One of Tom’s mantras he uses when teaching leadership is, “If you tell the truth, people will respect you, and if they respect you, they will trust you.” 

Tom Thibodeau is a Distinguished Professor of Servant Leadership at Viterbo University and has been a faculty member since 1983. He is a recipient of Viterbo's Teacher of the Year award. "It is a privilege and a gift to be able to teach," says Tom; his "Servant Leadership" and "Leading by Serving" classes are among the most popular at the University, which features the country's only Masters of Servant Leadership Program.
