If there is one thing rural neighbors share, it's compassion. The power of compassion is defined in many ways - giving up a seat on the bus to someone who needs it, being polite to retail workers, or just taking a second to listen to a friend. Tom Thibodeau is a Distinguished Professor of Servant Leadership at Viterbo University and has been a faculty member since 1983. He is a recipient of Viterbo's Teacher of the Year award.
