As we approach Thanksgiving, it's a great time to focus on what we are thankful for. Our guest this week, Tom Thibodeau, shares with us a story of having an attitude of gratitude - even if it means eating potato salad out of a shoehorn.

Tom Thibodeau is a Distinguished Professor of Servant Leadership at Viterbo University and has been a faculty member since 1983. He is a recipient of Viterbo's Teacher of the Year award. "It is a privilege and a gift to be able to teach," says Tom; his "Servant Leadership" and "Leading by Serving" classes are among the most popular at the University, which features the country's only Masters of Servant Leadership Program.
