We sit through lectures and tolerate sermons, but most of us love a good story. This week, Tom Thibodeau reminds us of who we are by the stories we tell. Stories reconnect us with other human beings. Each of us has a story to tell, and each of us has experiences that reveal our character and our humanity. This week, consider telling part of your story to someone and consider listening to those who have a story to share as well.
Tom Thibodeau is a Distinguished Professor of Servant Leadership at Viterbo University and has been a faculty member since 1983. He is a recipient of Viterbo's Teacher of the Year award. "It is a privilege and a gift to be able to teach," says Tom; his "Servant Leadership" and "Leading by Serving" classes are among the most popular at the University, which features the country's only Masters of Servant Leadership Program.
