Four Wisconsin Dairies Host Community Engagement Meetings
Free events create opportunities for conversations and collaboration between leaders and locals

DAIRY NEWS – Strong communities are built through conversations and collaboration, and four Wisconsin dairy producers are hosting evening events to spark those discussions later this month. Elected officials, legislators, community leaders, educators and engaged citizens are invited to take part in this one-of-a-kind experience.

Four dairy farms will open their doors to host the Agricultural Community Engagement (ACE®) Twilight Meetings in Barron, Clark, Calumet and Dane Counties on August 24, 25, 26 and 27. The programs are made possible by a partnership between Professional Dairy Producers® (PDP), Wisconsin Counties Association and Wisconsin Towns Association. Each event is an opportunity for attendees to tour progressive dairy farms, enjoy an ice cream social and participate in open conversations about the issues that matter most to rural Wisconsin.

Each meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. with a tour of the host dairy, providing an inside look at how animals are cared for and technologies used in modern dairy production. Ice cream will be served at 7:00 p.m. with open dialogue about such issues as wind and solar energy, water quality, conservation, roadways and transportation, educational opportunities and more. Meetings will conclude at 8:30 p.m.

The 2026 host dairies are:
