Daniels to Replace Beaty as WFBF Interim CAO

Wisconsin Ag Connection - The chief administrative officer of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau is out of a job. The state's largest farm organization announced late Thursday that CAO Dale Beaty has been replaced by Dave Daniels on an interim basis, but did not elaborate as to why the change was made.

Daniels will now oversee all day-to-day operations of the Madison-based farm group after serving as the WFBF board vice president for the past 20 years. He is the co-owner of Mighty Grand Dairy LLC near Union Grove and represents Kenosha, Racine, Walworth, Jefferson, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha counties on the WFBF board.

Besides his involvement with the Farm Bureau, Daniels has been a member of Foremost Farm USA Cooperative and served on the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture's Ag Producer Security Council.

Beaty had been serving in the administrator capacity since 2015. Prior to that, he was the Farm Bureau's director of training and leadership development for 10 years.
